Delivery terms – Sweden
When you shop with us, VAT is always included. We deliver all products and accessories free of charge within Sweden, in cooperation with forwarders Highland logistics.

Delivery Terms – International
For deliveries internationally, please contact us to get it right and well delivery as possible. We deliver both within and outside the EU.

Forwarders
The delivery time is normally 6-14 working days. We always do everything we can to keep the estimated delivery time, in order for you to receive yours products as quickly as possible. Sometimes, however, it can take a little longer than that estimated, but we will deliver your order as soon as we can. keep in mind that you, as a customer, must always be able to show identification when handing out/delivery of the products.

Delivery confirmation
When we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us via e-mail. You will also receive a delivery confirmation e-mail in connection with the product(s) leaving our warehouse.

Transport damage
If transport damage should occur, we ask you to make a report the damage to us by e-mail or phone. We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency’s guidelines and notification must be made within a reasonable time after the buyer notices or should have noticed the error. It is therefore important that you unpack and inspects your products thoroughly. For companies, notification of
transport damage must have been received within seven days.

In order for the matter to be handled as quickly as possible, we ask that you
to keep the product’s packaging so that this can be inspected. Depends on
extent of the damage, redelivery, remedial action or price reduction is carried out.

Larger products
Larger products are normally delivered with Höglandet logistics throughout Sweden. When the product(s) have arrived with the help of Höglandets logistics you will be notified by phone about the delivery date and time window. Delivery takes place on weekdays, normally between 08.00 and 21.00.

The products are delivered to the door if you live in an apartment and up to plot line if you live in a house, or as close to a gate or plot line as a truck can drive.

Smaller products
Smaller products are delivered to your nearest Post office. When the package arrived at the agent, an SMS or email is sent out that your package is ready for pickup. If you have not entered an email or mobile number, you will receive instead, a letter notice that includes a reference number and instructions on where the package is available for download.

Local pick up
If you are not able to be at home and look after the forwarders delivery times, you can choose Pick up yourself as the delivery method at checkout. Then you pick up your products yourself at Wirehn Art as agreed date. When you choose Collect yourself in store, you pay for your products with desired payment method in the webshop’s checkout. In the order confirmation there is a
link where you select the desired “local pick up”.
