Right of withdrawal – according to the Distance Contracts Act.

As a customer, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act. The means that if you buy an item by mail order or by phone, TV-shop or Internet, you have the option to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The grace period begins to run from the day you receive the goods. Remember that you can only cancel purchases of sealed consumables, such as DVD movies, toys etc., if the seal is intact.

If you regret your purchase and send a product back to us, we will return your purchase amount within 10 days at the latest. As a customer, you pay yourself possible return shipping, and canceled product must always be returned in the essentials unchanged condition and in original packaging with associated packaging.

The consumer is responsible for the risk of return shipping; this risk includes among other that the product is damaged or lost during shipping. Companies have not right to return a product if the product packaging has been opened. Warranty and right of complaint – according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

We sell all products with a 1-year warranty and 3-year right of complaint according to The Consumer Purchase Act. All guarantees apply in Sweden. The product warranty only covers original faults, i.e. error that was in the product upon delivery. The product warranty does not apply to defects that occur in or after own change of the product’s function and appearance, such as rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product.

If there is a fault with an item you bought, you can, according to the Consumer Purchase Act, among otherwise have the right to demand free repair, redelivery of a new fault-free item or to cancel the purchase and get money back.

Your order confirmation or receipt is valid as proof of warranty. Keep the document well because the document is required if you need to avail the warranty right.
Please note that different rules apply to companies for warranty and right of complaint. When purchasing, companies only receive the right of warranty given from the supplier, where the warranty period can vary between different suppliers.
